Two 5-Day Fasting Mimicking Diet Kits

At the heart of your Back-to-School Refresh Program are two clinically-tested fasting mimicking diet kits—a powerful, science-backed tool for cellular renewal, metabolic support, and healthy aging.
Unlike traditional fasting, which requires complete food restriction, this program allows you to eat nourishing, plant-based foods while still keeping your body in a fasting state.
